- It can be used for determination of Brinell hardness of black metal, non-ferrous metal and bearing alloys.
- It is suitable for the precision measurement of flat plane, and the surface measurement is stable and reliable.
Features:
- Gate-type structure, which can control precisely the rising, falling as well as the loading and unloading process of the crossbeam;
- Spindle parts and load cell are equipped on the cross beam;
- It adopts ball screw drive and can realize no clearance transmission, ensuring the precision control of the test force and deformation speed. Closed-loop loadcell technology to ensure accurate and safe load applications;

- New and concise structure, with load cell equipped on top of indenters and large work platform at the bottom; which is convenient to test large work pieces. Main Struture:
- Loading system: Adopts closed-loop loadcell technology; no load impact difference. The monitoring frequency is 100HZ, and the internal control accuracy can reach 0.5%. Loading system and load sensor connect directly, without any intermediate structure; load sensor can directly measure and adjust indenter load. System adopts coaxial load technology and no leverage structure, thus it is not influenced by any friction and other traditional screw lifting system, so there is no need to consider the aging and error caused by any screw system.
- Safety protection device: Adopts limit switches to ensure the machine operating safely. All parts are equipped with ladle cover except those which are necessarily exposed outside.
- Industrial controlled computer. LCD display screen; with ergonomic design, beautiful and practical.
- Indentation measuring adopts the readout microscope or Brinell automatic measuring system.
Measuring Process:
- Put the work piece on the test area, start the testing procedure; the crossbeam moves down automatically via the screw ball and guide pillar driven by motor. The system enters loading, dwell and unloading process.
